Main Feature of DTF Printing
DTF is a revolutionary new printing technique that's more affordable and accessible compared to DTG, screen printing, or laser white toner transfers.
DTF required a modified printer, Special DTF ink, Special DTF powder and DTF transfer film. With DTF you can transfer to 100% cotton shirts without pre-treatment, saving a lot of money and time. DTF uses a lot less ink than DTG. DTF is strong washable and it feels a lot better to the touch.

How to Use PET Film and Advantage

customer)

5. The pattern is optional, one piece is printed, unique.
*Process:
(1) Select the appropriate picture on the computer (the higher the pixel, the better, the best is the hollow picture), and use
PS or other software to modify it into TIFF format.
(2) Connect the Epson printer, and insert the relevant program U disk on the computer.
(3) Open the relevant program, select the picture , put the desktop, and print the semi-finished product (color pattern and a
layer of white ink are printed on the film)
(4) Sprinkle the hot melt powder evenly on the film and roll it back and forth to ensure that the place where the film is
covered by the hot melt powder, and then shake the powder (it is important to shake it clean)
(5) The oven is 145 degrees, 15-20 seconds (see the pattern coverage and size), and the finished product is taken out.
(6) Heat transfer time: 160 degrees, 15 seconds, hot tear (but after repeated tests, it’s best to tear again every 5 seconds)
